Pottery Barn Jake Seadrift Wood Base Apartment Sofa in Performance Bouclé – Oatmeal
A compact, high-quality Pottery Barn sofa from the Jake Collection, upholstered in Oatmeal Performance Bouclé with a solid wood Seadrift-finished base. At only 63” wide, this is a great option for apartments, smaller living rooms, offices, bedrooms, or anywhere you want a deep, comfortable sofa without taking up the footprint of a full-size couch.
This configuration features a single bench-style seat cushion, two loose back cushions, square arms, and Pottery Barn’s upgraded high-performance contract-grade cushioning. The clean lines, exposed wood base, and neutral oatmeal upholstery give it a modern look that works easily with a variety of interiors.
Condition: Used. Structurally in very good condition with no known rips or tears. This sofa came from a home with a dog and has not yet been professionally cleaned. There are no noticeable odors. Please review all photos for current cosmetic condition. It will benefit from a thorough upholstery cleaning prior to use.

Inner Bay Area: standard delivery is free on furniture orders $200+, or $50 below $200. Delivery is to the curb, driveway, garage, or building entrance. Raul can help indoors with another capable adult and safe access confirmed in advance. Outer Bay Area adds $100 to the applicable standard-delivery price.
White-glove service adds $100 to the applicable standard-delivery charge for two-person indoor placement. Optional old-furniture removal is separate.
Outer Bay Area adds a $100 distance charge to the applicable Inner Bay Area delivery price. White-glove service adds another $100. Optional removal and taxes are separate.

Eligible furniture returns within 30 days in the same condition have a $100 return and restocking charge. If we must retrieve the return from an Outer Bay Area ZIP code, the total charge is $150. It is waived for an approved exchange or trade. Completed services are nonrefundable, except where required by law or for a confirmed issue caused by us.
Pre-owned condition & cleaning: Every pre-owned piece is cleaned and inspected as carefully as possible, but minor spots, marks, or condition details can occasionally be missed. If you view the item in person, please point out anything you’d like cleaned again or clarified before pickup or delivery and Raul will do his best to address it on the spot. After delivery is completed, additional cleaning or touch-up service is not included. This does not limit rights under the return policy or applicable law.
