The soft, suede-like fabric and simple track arms work well with a range of living room styles. The sectional separates into two pieces for moving.

Inner Bay Area: standard delivery is free on furniture orders $200+, or $50 below $200. Delivery is to the curb, driveway, garage, or building entrance. Raul can help indoors with another capable adult and safe access confirmed in advance. Outer Bay Area adds $100 to the applicable standard-delivery price.
White-glove service adds $100 to the applicable standard-delivery charge for two-person indoor placement. Optional old-furniture removal is separate.
Outer Bay Area adds a $100 distance charge to the applicable Inner Bay Area delivery price. White-glove service adds another $100. Optional removal and taxes are separate.

Eligible furniture returns within 30 days in the same condition have a $100 return and restocking charge. If we must retrieve the return from an Outer Bay Area ZIP code, the total charge is $150. It is waived for an approved exchange or trade. Completed services are nonrefundable, except where required by law or for a confirmed issue caused by us.
Pre-owned condition & cleaning: Every pre-owned piece is cleaned and inspected as carefully as possible, but minor spots, marks, or condition details can occasionally be missed. If you view the item in person, please point out anything you’d like cleaned again or clarified before pickup or delivery and Raul will do his best to address it on the spot. After delivery is completed, additional cleaning or touch-up service is not included. This does not limit rights under the return policy or applicable law.
